Completed in 2017, William Street was a visionary redevelopment of a former garage site. Carrelli Homes identified its potential and secured planning permission for 16 modern apartments. Located near Loughborough University, the scheme was tailored for students and young professionals. In collaboration with local interior designers, the project was transformed into a bold, design-led development. All 16 apartments were sold to local developers within just 7 days of launch.
